Here’s the skinny… I’ve been a licensed REALTOR® for 13 years and if there’s ever an industry that needs an influx of creativity, it’s this one. My blog, REALTOR® on the Road is all about that. I’m providing resources for agents who want to be different and unique. Who want to get noticed! The long-term goal here is to launch a class, as well as some training manuals. In the meantime, I’m loading this blog up with free content, printables, monthly business marketing strategies, business products, etc.
Here’s why I need to connect with you:
- Tis the season for giveaways and 12 days of gifts. I’d like to collaborate with bosses who have products to participate in this giveaway. I’ll promote on the blog and HEAVILY on Instagram. Each Instagram post will include paid ads, and links to you and your products. To participate, it’ll require two products sent to me. One for my clients and one for me to giveaway. If you do design work, or offer a service of some type that you’d like to offer up, we welcome that as well. My demo needs creative services in a bad way.
- I’m launching a weekly feature on closing gifts. REALTORS® typically give away a gift ranging from $20-500 to their clients. Custom prints, imprinted materials, wine, gift baskets, home goods, housewares, etc, etc. I’m looking to line-up 52 collabs for 2018. Great option to grow your brand and get exposure throughout the coming year. This collaboration will feature at the minimum – 5 mentions in my IG story, an entire blog post (possibly guest blog if that’s your thing, or an interview if you offer services), and 1 boosted IG post.
- Misc. Collaborations. If you don’t feel you fit in the mentions above, send me a message and we can chat about other collaborative efforts. I’m open to suggestions if they fit my business and industry. I am, after all, pushing creativity. So if you typically don’t work with real estate agents, but think there’s even remotely a chance it’s a good fit, lets chat!
