By far, the most asked for content on my blogs and instagram feed is how to start a short term rental or BNB property. So I’m launching a new series where we share listings across the country that we think have “Great BNB Potential.”
This home on Christiana Street in Elkhart, Indiana has the honor of being the first up in the series. If we weren’t about to purchase a new BNB somewhere a little farther South, we would be trying to snap this one up ASAP.
I love so much about this home. It’s large. It has lots of bedrooms. It sits on a really unique piece of property, in a great location. The woodwork is phenomenal. It has the potential to have such a cool mid-century modern vibe. The work it needs is very minimal. A little furniture and a vision, and you would have a rocking BNB on Christiana Creek.
