With over 10 years in the business and hundreds of homes sold, Stacey has a wealth of real estate knowledge. After joining one of Indiana’s top real estate teams in 2005 as an assistant, she obtained her real estate sales license in 2006 and a year later became a licensed broker. Being a part of the Wes Culver Home Team afforded her the opportunity to close a couple hundred homes in her first few years in the real estate industry.
Stacey obtained her Florida real estate broker’s license and joined Berkshire Hathaway Home Services PenFed on 30A. She took a brief hiatus from the real estate world to open a gluten-free bakery/cafe in Grayton Beach but missed the excitement of the real estate world.
Stacey has been vacationing in the Seagrove and Destin area since childhood. After sharing it with husband David, they purchased their first home in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and knew that’s where they intended to end up one day.
David has been recognized as one of the top ten agents in the Berkshire (formerly Prudential) network for over 10 years. He has been the top agent in the country two years in a row (2012 and 2013) and was the second agent in the country for 2014. He averages over 200 closed home sales per year. Stacey and David bring to the table a combination of over 40 years Experience in the business!
The Millers currently split their time between Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and Elkhart, Indiana. They enjoy outdoor activities, boating, kayaking, golfing, reading on the beach, walking the beautiful state parks of the FL panhandle and spending lots of time with their German Shepherd dog, Ana. They love to buy homes to fix-up and flip as well as manage some rentals at the beach. They’re passionate about seeing the world and experiencing all it has to offer!
